Comfortable bed, lots of space for the two of us. I liked that you could separate the suite by closing the bedroom door. If someone wanted to lounge on the sofa and watch TV, they could do so while someone slept in the bedroom. It was also nice to have a TV in each room should folks have varied tastes in programs. The bathroom and the rooms in general were very clean. The hotel was close to town ( 7 minutes by car), which made it a quiet spot with plenty of available parking.

The facilities were excellent, and the staff was great! Rob at the front desk made us feel welcomed the minute we arrived. Our room was clean and well-equipped, with a cute little patio. The location was the best part - close to everything, and the Stowe recreational path was right in the back of the hotel. We're definitely staying at the Grey Fox again if we come back to Stowe.

Maryn

Because we were staying only one night on a business trip, we didn't think to bring our bathing suits. I wish we had because the Grey Fox Inn had a lovely indoor pool and hot tub and also a nice outdoor pool. Also, we were very close to restaurants and a wonderful breakfast cafe.

Debp

The caretaker at the front desk was so friendly and offered excellent advice to help us plan where to eat and view the eclipse. The property also cleared off all the snow from every chair and surface to make sure all the guests had a comfortable viewing area.

Great location, very accessible for the mountain and in easy walking distance to the village. Directly adjacent to a garage, store, and lots of helpful amenities. Service was very responsive and overall would highly recommend.
